Phil Gilliland Director and Founder 

Phil, who is originally from the UK, has been in the construction industry since he was 18 years old. Having gained valuable experience, he set up his first business when he was just 24. With the desire for a better life for his wife and children, the family emigrated to Brisbane in 2009, where he immediately set up his own plumbing company.

He quickly came to the conclusion, that the traditional hot water systems on offer at the time were poor long term investments for Queenslanders, both economically and environmentally.

After extensive research and due diligence, he forged partnerships with the best manufacturers of heat pumps and solar hot water systems available, as he firmly believes this is the solution to a sustainable future.

This exhaustive knowledge, together with his attention to detail and quality workmanship, has resulted in many satisfied customers throughout Brisbane and South East Queensland

Pathfinders Plumbing is a family run business that always provides excellent service! I have used Pathfinders Plumbing for a number of years originally met them when I was renting as a tenant & they were sent to repair plumbing issues. The last few years Phil has done any plumbing work needed in our home home. Our hot water system stopped working just days before we were going on holidays in December, with friends coming to stay in our home while away. Phil arrived the next day to fit a brand new hot water system & Karen then sent invoice that same day so we could have it all organised before going away!
